RETURNS

Our Return Policy is 30 Days:
As a general rule: we do not accept products for return after 30 days.
If the customer has received a different product rather than their order placed then we will cover the return shipping costs and send the correct product as to their order which was originally placed. Call us directly at 269-483-2249. You will be provided with a shipping label. However, if a product has been damaged during shipping or for any reason is defective, or you simply do not want the product we ask that you please call us directly at 269-483-2249 so that we can assist you.  Please contact us to discuss the returns procedure.

What if the Product is Defective?
Any defect in the manufacture of products assembly will ordinarily manifest itself immediately upon installation. We recommend installing and testing your product right away so that you can return it within the 30-day period. Any electrical product such as A/C units, Water Heaters, Water Pumps, Furnaces, Converters, Sanitation items, and Inverters must be installed by a licensed professional. Any Sanitation items installed and used will have to go through the manufacturer for a warranty. For safety and hygiene reasons our staff cannot handle used sanitation items. Proof of professional installation will be required. In the past, we have had a number of customers install electrical products incorrectly and therefore shorting out the unit and resulting in a returned product in which the damage was directly caused by the customer.

It is recommended to have a professional install electrical products for this very reason. At times our product may be damaged during the shipping process. Tires & Wheels cannot be returned if they have been mounted.  In all cases above, you should contact us at 269-483-2249.

Return Procedure:

We ordinarily process returns within one to two weeks of receipt, and refunds are ordinarily issued by the same means that were used to make the original purchase.
