We ship to the continental United States

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days for all orders. Our website has free shipping on all items. Please contact us if you would wish to expedite your order.

In the case a refund is necessary, the payment will be returned to the original card used for payment. The purchaser has 30 days to complete the return procedure. If items being returned are due to customer order error, there is a 10% restocking fee.
We are not responsible for the customer purchasing the wrong model, style, color, etc. If there is a manufacturer error, or you received the wrong item, please call us and we will gladly help you with these issues.

Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for orders made in error. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the wrong items as well. Also, photos will be required for damaged products. 

Johnson's Surplus will not accept items for return that have been used, and/or damaged. Items that have been installed or attempted to be installed are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
